The objective of the youth program is to:
develop a new generation of community-spirited women ambassadors with effective leadership skills, and       with the capacity, drive, and inspiration to transform lives, as well as advance their communities.
provide leadership education, training and development for youth to expand a person’s deep knowledge of       one’s self, and their relationship with the broader environment, enabling them to engage in leadership       process in various contexts.
promote the philosophy of ethical leadership, civic engagement, social responsibility, global
      consciousness.

The approach will be built on awareness creation, learning, exploring, role playing, relationship building, mentoring, sharing, gathering and propagating knowledge. Our program demands accountability from participants who will be expected to play important ambassadorial leadership roles in their communities.
